| The artistic finishes in the leasing office were a must. The walls were transformed from boring white to subtle sophistication with a soft color blend. The wall finish was complimented by the stone blocking done around the main entry door and step down. We replaced the original fireplace mantle with a John Gregory Moncrief & Associates original mantle finished in a distressed gold leaf. The most drastic change was hiding the existing drywall beams using faux wooden beams finished in an aged wormhole finish. |
